Mercedes Targets Youths.

It seems as though Mercedes are looking to appeal to youths with a new hot A Class.

This is an odd move if you ask me. Youths tend not to be people that interested in Mercs, unless you're talking merking people, but that's a different story. The new A Class will be quick I don't doubt as Mercedes have blabbed a bit about 300bhp and 0-60 in the six second realm. I do need to keep this short today as I'm a little busy so I'll go on to all that's wrong with the plan.

I've already said that youths aren't interested in Mercs. We are more into Saxos and big spoilered Clios init brotha? Exhausts that you can fit four beer bottles in mate and them sub woofers so big that you go death three times. Nolw Mercs don't fit in with that image. Plus being a hot Merc it'll cost a bomb to insure for a younger person. So it'll be too expensive to run. Plus as far as Mercedes are concerned they're targeting a completely different audience to those that would ordinarily be intrested, therefore losing them to say Audi.

I see why Mercedes want to expand there market but to be honest, they're downright insane to actually go do it.
