MG Zero Concept.

It's called the Zero because it produces zero emissions (very clever MG). In all seriousness though it is a car that I find quite interesting.

But I'm guessing you won't and in any case it's not what I wanted to talk about in this blog. I wanted to mention it's styling and it's location of manufacture! It's actually one of the first zero emissions eco cars that I think looks quirky and interesting, the Tesla Roadster being the first! It's got very clean and edgy styling that you might expect to see on the replacement for todays Fiesta. I also liked the concepts idea of having illuminated writing on the back bumper, I didn't pay much attention to what it said but it did look good! The interior was a mixed bag if I'm honest. I would like to see a more traditional looking interior if it makes it into production but I did like the dials. I think they look very futuristic!

Now it's proposed to be built in the Longbridge factory, which as many MG fans will know was the original birthplace of MG before they went bust. Of course now it's owned by the Chinese or at least I think it's the Chinese. I could be confused because it could be Russian owned, actually I think that the Russian owned company is TVR!

Anyway here's a photo.
