The new Dacia Duster is now set to cost less than £10,000.
The Duster is a rival to the Skoda Yeti and to be honest it's hard to think of anything that interesting to say about it. Ah maybe power? Yeah let's try power, 108bhp from the top rate engine. OK so power isn't interesting either, OK there is nothing interesting about it so let's talk about something more interesting.
The Citroen C1, just joking, Lotus. Lotus as I'm sure you know make niche lightweight sports cars for driving enthusiasts. People rave about the handling and cornering ability of these machines. They also tend to be quite fantastic in the straight lines. Ordinarily they don't feature planet cracking power but what Lotus do have (or don't depending on your perspective) is weight. A lack of it for that matter. On average a Lotus weighs about 750kgs. This allows them to make the most of their power and therefore accelerate to 60 in around 4 seconds and less than that in cases.
They also look fantastic but as for their interior trim? Let's just skip over that part, the news is that they have announced a partnership with Mansory. For those who don't know what or who Mansory is, Mansory is a brand that has been tuning and creating hyper special edition versions of Lotus.
The news that they have arranged an official partnership means that we can expect more of these hyper special editions in the future which could only be a good thing for driving fans everywhere.
Thanks for reading and I hope you come back again soon.
